This taster menu of food and cocktails, showcases the best of what each Caribbean island has to offer. Whilst you fill up yuh belly and drink up paradise, Dj Mikey Dee will be spinning the most popular island beats ready for you to dance the rest of the day away...

We'll be exploring the islands of Barbados, Jamaica, St Kitts & Nevis, Trinidad and Antigua. Esmie will be serving up well known dishes from each island, paired with their islands fave cocktails 🍹

Food will begin to be served at 12.30pm! 

*All guests will be recieving the same dishes, unless you are veggie/vegan or gluten free (vegan ticket options available. Please get in touch at esmie@esmies.co.uk regarding gluten intollerances or any allergys).

Barbados

Dish: Fish cakes and bakes (Fried Dumplin'), garnished with salad and Grandpa Zakers hot sauce.

*Vegan option: Callaloo cakes and bakes (Fried Dumplin'), garnished with salad and Grandpa Zakers hot sauce.

Cocktail: Bajan Sunrise

Jamaican

Dish: Jerk Chicken, served with rice and peas and steam veg.

*Vegan option: Jerk Soya, served with rice and peas and steam veg.

Cocktail: Jamaican Planters Punch

St Kitts & Nevis

Dish: Coconut dumplings with stewed saltfish, seasoned bread fruit and spicy plantain.

*Vegan option: Coconut dumplings with stewed aubergine, seasoned bread fruit and spicy Plantain

Cocktail: Kittian Sting

Trinidad

Dish: One-pot Pelau. Browned mutton and pan fried chicken cooked down with brown sugar, carrots, garden peas, coconut milk, rice and a hint of caribbean sunshine.

*Vegan option: One-pot Pelau. Browned "mutton" like pieces and pan fried soya cooked down with brown sugar, carrots, garden peas, coconut milk, rice and a hint of caribbean sunshine.

Cocktail: Trinidadian Sour

Antigua

Dish: Fungi (polenta ball) with okra smothered in beef stew.

*Vegan option: Fungi (polenta ball) with okra smothered in "mutton" like stew.
